Tabac Logistic Group AD (TLG) is a holding company, consisting of a Mother company- Tabac Logistic Group AD and 5 Regional centers with 24 local warehouses (depots), located in the different regions in Bulgaria and specialized in distribution of cigarettes, cut tobacco and other fast moving goods.

The Regional centers, part of TLG, are:

Tabac Logistic Group Sofia OOD– covering South-west region

Tabac Logistic Group Pleven OOD– covering North-west region

Tabac Logistic Group Varna OOD– covering North-east region

Tabac Logistic Group Burgas OOD– covering South-east region

Tabac Logistic Group Plovdiv OOD– covering Central South

The structure of TLG includes a Head quarter and 5 Regional Centers with 24 subsidiaries, located all over the country of Bulgaria. The Head quarter is responsible for: central warehousing, centralized purchases and logistics for all regional warehouses, analysis of market information and co-ordination of the activities, communication with suppliers and regional offices, other business related activities.

The five Regional centers organize, coordinate and manage the activities in their respective region, including centralized purchases and logistics to the rest of the depots in the region.
